Maple Sriracha Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Maple Sriracha Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

    • 48 brusseles sprouts
    • 3 tbsp. butter, divided
    • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
    • 2 tbsp. sriracha
    • salt to taste

I've said it before and I will say it again. If you don't like brusseles sprouts, you're cookin' 'em wrong. These Maple Sriracha Glazed Brussels Sprouts are ridiculous. They're kind of sticky, sort of sweet, a little bit spicy, and loads of good. They are super easy to prep and have on the table.

Bake over indirect heat 20 minutes

Serve hot off the grill

Maple Sriracha Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 4       Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 48 brusseles sprouts
  • 3 tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. sriracha
  • salt to taste

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the grill to 400°F.
Step 2
Cut off the ends of the sprouts, discard any gross leaves, and wash, before slicing the sprouts in half.
Step 3
Toss the sprouts with 2 tbsp of butter, the syrup and sriracha.
Step 4
Use the remaining butter to grease a baking sheet. Lay the brusseles sprouts out on the sheet and season to taste with salt.
Step 5
Bake over indirect heat for 20 minutes, or until the sprouts have begun to caramelize and they're soft.
Step 6
Serve these and watch in amazement as people actually like and eat brusseles sprouts.

I am going out and buying sprouts as soon as I can and making these again. I could eat them with every meal. I already love brusseles sprouts, but this... THIS recipe just makes them soooo much more delicious.
