Individual Sweet Potato Casseroles

With Cinnamon And Chili

Individual Sweet Potato Casseroles
Serves 4

Grill time: 75 Minutes

Ingredients:

    • 4 medium-large sweet potatoes
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 2 tsp. chili
    • salt to taste
    • 4 marshmallows
    • 4 ramekins that hold 3/4 to 1 cup of food. 
    • baking spray or butter for rubbing

I've seen sweet potato casserole on many thanksgiving tables, but I wanted to make myself and my guests feel special by making my own Individual Sweet Potato Casserole. I seasoned them unexpectedly with cinnamon and chili powder to give them something extra special.

Divide between the ramekins

Serve and eat

Individual Sweet Potato Casseroles

Serves: 4       Total Time: 80 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-large sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. chili
  • salt to taste
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 4 ramekins that hold 3/4 to 1 cup of food. 
  • baking spray or butter for rubbing

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your grill to 400°F.
Step 2
Bake the sweet potatoes until they're soft.
Step 3
Peel the skin off the sweet potatoes. Mash them with the cinnamon, chili powder, butter and salt to taste.
Step 4
Rub the ramekins with butter or spray with nonstick spray. Fill each ramekin with 1/4 of the sweet potato mixture. Top with one marshmallow.
Step 5
Bake the sweet potato cups on the grill for 25 to 30 minutes or until they're heated through and the marshmallow is all toasty.
Step 6
Serve immediately with the rest of Thanksgiving dinner.
