If you don’t have a slow cooker, do not fear. You can use a big pot and simmer your chili on medium-low for 6+ hours.
No beans about it. There are no beans in this chili. It’s got plenty of protein from that awesome shredded stewing beef. This is a fantastic freezer meal too! Portion it out to single serves – you get about 10 from this – or you can put it into big tubs for family food night!
This is my first time working with a super hot pepper. I was a little leery after my first time working with scotch bonnets. I thought it went well. Have you ever had a hot pepper mishap? What happened? Leave a comment below to tell us all about it! OR Tell us what you made with Ghost Peppers and how it turned out!
I love these mini meatloaves. They were easy to make, and you can even freeze them if you don’t eat them all. For a healthier version you can use chicken or turkey instead of beef. OR go crazy and use ground elk or moose instead.

Just another way to use the pulled pork that you smoked. This recipe is really simple and very tasty. If whoever is eating this doesn’t know that you stuffed the breasts with the pork, it’s quite the surprise. What food have you surprised someone with? How did they react? You guys have been great at not spilling about the new TravelQ™! I used Larry (my new TravelQ’s name) to make these chicken breasts. I surprised the Baron of Baking by stuffing them with my delicious pulled pork. I used one burner for direct grilling, then moved the breasts over to the other side to finish them off by grill-baking them while he made the salad. Here are some more sneak peaks of the new grill.
